General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Youth Potential
OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Youth Potential. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Youth Potential. We offer you this website, including all information, tools, and services available on it, on the condition that you accept all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to the following General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”). These apply to all users of the website, including, without limitation, browsers, customers, merchants, and content providers.
Please read these GTC carefully before using our website or placing orders. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the website or make a purchase.
Our shop is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products to you.
1. Scope and Provider
These GTC apply to all contracts concluded via our online shop between Christoph Menslage, operating under "Youth Potential", Eichholzstraße 7, 49176 Hilter, Germany (hereinafter "Provider") and you as the customer.
They apply regardless of whether you are a consumer or a business customer.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The product presentations in the online shop serve as an invitation to submit a purchase offer.
By clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button, you submit a binding purchase offer.
The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email.
If a product is not available, we reserve the right not to fulfill the contract. In this case, you will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices on our website are final prices and include, where applicable, statutory VAT.
If you are a small business owner under § 19 UStG, a corresponding note will be provided.
We offer various payment methods, which are listed during the checkout process.
In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge default interest at the statutory rate.
4. Delivery and Shipping Costs
We deliver within Germany and to selected countries.
Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery time is usually 3–7 working days, unless stated otherwise.
If there are any delivery delays, we will inform you immediately.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.
The customer bears the return shipping costs.
A refund will only be issued after we have received and inspected the returned goods.
Customized or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

6. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty period of 24 months from receipt of the goods applies.
Complaints must be reported immediately after the defect is discovered.
Claims for damages are excluded, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
7. Storage of Contract Text
We do not store the contract text permanently.
However, you will receive an order confirmation by email that includes all details.
You can view the GTC at any time on our website.
8. Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Final Provisions
German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Consumers residing in the EU may have additional rights under the consumer protection laws of their respective countries.
If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
