Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

We will refund all payments that we have received from you in connection with the withdrawn contract,
excluding shipping costs, within 14 days.
The costs of returning the goods must be borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed.
If a refund is issued, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction,
unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods
or you have provided proof that the goods have been sent – whichever is earlier.

The goods must be returned or handed over to us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days
from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the end of the 14-day period.

Any loss in value of the goods must only be borne by the customer if this loss in value is due to handling
that was not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.
